These are the short, pilot-stage terms for using Nolli. By creating an account you agree to them.
A pilot, not a finished product
Nolli is under active development. Features change, outputs vary, and the service may be unavailable at times. We'll tell you when something important changes.
Nolli is not your architect
Briefs, revised plans and images are design proposals meant to help you talk to a licensed professional. They are not construction documents, permit drawings or engineering advice. Always have a licensed architect or engineer check anything you plan to build.
Your content
The plans and text you upload stay yours. You give Nolli permission to process them in order to provide the service, and you confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.
Outputs
You may use the briefs and images Nolli generates for your own project, including sharing them with your architect. Please don't present them as a licensed professional's work.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. We may close accounts that abuse the service.
Liability
Nolli is provided as is during the pilot. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of its outputs.
Billing terms
01Counting rules
Project = one home / plot. Run = one request to generate a project (brief + improved plan incl. its automatic correction + 7 views + PDF + share link); inspector retries and the plan-gate redraw are part of the same run; a plan-only redraw is a run. Regen = one request to re-render one view; automatic retries are part of it. A project counts toward an office quota the moment its first run starts in a window. Drafts never count. A run that ends without an improved plan + 7 views is not counted (released within a minute; a nightly job releases anything stuck > 60 min). A failed regen is not counted.
02Windows and retention
Outputs (plan, views, PDF, share link) never expire (retention ≥ 24 months). Only generation windows expire. Homeowner windows apply to starting runs/regens only. Office windows: monthly plan = Paddle billing period; annual plan = 12 monthly windows anchored to the subscription start day-of-month (31st clamps). Unused projects roll over ONE window, capped at one monthly quota (monthly plans); annual plans pool the whole year (quota × 12, no rollover logic). Trial usage never carries into the paid plan.
03Refunds
A package with no run started is refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. A run that fails is re-credited automatically and is not counted. If the second attempt fails as well, the purchase is refunded in full. After a run is delivered (improved plan + 7 views) we may issue credit but not a refund. Subscriptions: cancel = access until period end, no refund for the remaining period; overage already incurred is never credited.
04Right of withdrawal
Before a run starts you confirm that you ask Nolli to start generating immediately and that you acknowledge losing your 14-day right of withdrawal / cancellation right once generation starts. Unused purchases remain refundable within 14 days. Cancellation requests can be sent at any time from the Cancel page (/cancel) or, for offices, from Billing.
05Subscriptions, renewal and reminders
Office plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. The 30-day founding trial converts to the chosen plan at its end; we e-mail a reminder 7 days and 1 day before. Annual plans get a reminder 30 days before renewal. Downgrades apply at period end; upgrades immediately (prorated); pauses last up to two months.
06Changes to prices and terms
We may change prices or these terms with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail. Founding offices keep their price for the locked period. Changes never apply to a period already paid.
07Seller of record
Purchases are made from Paddle.com Market Ltd (or Paddle.com Inc. for US customers), our merchant of record, which handles payments, invoices, VAT and refunds. Paddle's terms apply to the payment itself; Nolli's terms apply to the service.
