Pricing

Pay for the project, not the pixels.

Homeowners buy a package per home. Offices subscribe for a pooled monthly allowance. Every price below is the whole price.

For homeowners

One home. One package.

Counting rules

What counts, exactly.

These are the rules the system enforces. They are published here and in the Terms word for word.

  1. 01

Project = one home / plot. Run = one request to generate a project (brief + improved plan incl. its automatic correction + 7 views + PDF + share link); inspector retries and the plan-gate redraw are part of the same run; a plan-only redraw is a run. Regen = one request to re-render one view; automatic retries are part of it.

  2. 02

A project counts toward an office quota the moment its first run starts in a window. Drafts never count.

  3. 03

A run that ends without an improved plan + 7 views is not counted (released within a minute; a nightly job releases anything stuck > 60 min). A failed regen is not counted.

  4. 04

Outputs (plan, views, PDF, share link) never expire (retention ≥ 24 months). Only generation windows expire. Homeowner windows apply to starting runs/regens only.

  5. 05

Office windows: monthly plan = Paddle billing period; annual plan = 12 monthly windows anchored to the subscription start day-of-month (31st clamps). Unused projects roll over ONE window, capped at one monthly quota (monthly plans); annual plans pool the whole year (quota × 12, no rollover logic).

  6. 06

Trial usage never carries into the paid plan. Downgrades apply at period end; upgrades immediately (prorated); cancel = access until period end, no refund; overage already incurred is never credited.

Questions

Before you ask.

What exactly is a run?

One request to generate a project: the brief, the improved plan with its automatic correction, 7 views, the PDF and a share link. Everything the system does to get there — retries, the plan check — is part of that one run.

And a regen?

One request to re-render a single view, for example the kitchen with a different material. Automatic retries are included. A regen that fails is not counted.

Do my outputs disappear when the window ends?

No. The plan, views, PDF and share link stay available for at least 24 months. The window only limits when you can start new runs and regens.

Can I buy a package for a second home?

Yes — packages belong to a project. Create a second project and buy a package for it.

How do office quotas work month to month?

Each monthly window gives you the plan's projects, runs and regens, shared by the whole team. Unused projects roll into the next window, up to one monthly quota. Annual plans pool the whole year instead.

What happens when the office runs out?

You can enable overage: an extra project is billed per project (2 runs + 4 regens included) on your next invoice, with a monthly cap you set. Or you upgrade — upgrades apply immediately and are prorated.

Can I change or cancel the plan?

Any time, from Billing. Downgrades apply at the end of the period; upgrades immediately; cancelling keeps your access until the period ends. You can also pause for up to two months.

Which currencies and taxes?

USD, EUR and ILS. Homeowner prices include VAT; office prices are shown before VAT, which Paddle adds at checkout according to your country and VAT ID.
