Cancel your subscription or purchase
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and the EU consumer rules you can cancel a transaction with Nolli. This page is the direct way to do it — no phone call, no waiting.
How it works
- 01Subscriptions end at the close of the paid period. You keep full access until then; nothing is charged after it.
- 02Packages you bought but never used (no run started) are refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.
- 03Once generation has started, the right of withdrawal ends — you asked us to start immediately when you ticked the consent box. Failed runs are re-credited; a second failure is refunded in full.
- 04Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle, our merchant of record, usually within 5–10 business days.
